Married second with Abel Goodell (1785–1852) 27 Nov 1851, Knox, Illinois.

"Father was Oliver Harmon and was a Minuteman in the Revolutionary war.
She married Captain Sebastian C. Adams, who was born in Salisbury, Vermont August 1, 1789. He was the owner of a number of sailing vessels which operated on the Great Lakes. He fought in the war of 1812 and served in the Indian campaign under General Harrison. They were married at Painesville, Ohio May 6, 1818. Eight children were born: Oliver Harmon, William Lysander, Sarah Jerusha, Sebastian Cabot, Mary P, Eunice Marie, Charlotte Ann and Caroline Elizabeth.

Sebastian Sr. died at Galesburg, Illinois on March 8, 1847. In the spring of 1852 Eunice Married William Abel (Deacon) Goodell. On March 9, 1852 Eunice and William, her two daughter (Eunice and Caroline,) son, Oliver H. Adams, his wife Mary Sophia and their three daughters (Alice, Emma, and Mary) left Galesburg, Illinois enroute to Yamhill County Oregon to join William L. and Sebastian C. Adams (who had already moved to Oregon in 1848 and 1850 respectively) in three covered wagons pulled by oxen. Enroute to Oregon one wagon broke down so many times it had to be converted to a cart. Along the trail Mr. Goodell died of cholera and was buried along the way.

Mrs. Goodell settled in McMinnville, Oregon and lived there for approximately 30 years. She was a devout member of the Presbyterian Church and a most zealous and devoted Christian worker for about 60 years. “To do good and assist the needy” was the absorbing purpose of her heart and life.
Mrs. Goodell was a remarkable pioneer mother, possessing exceptional mental alertness and retained exubertan health to almost the end of her life. She passed away December 4, 1883 in Eugene City, Oregon while visiting relatives. She is buried in the old Masonic Cemetery at McMinnville in the Oliver H. Adams plot which contains Mrs. Goodell, Mr and Mrs. O.H. Adams and their children, Lilly May and Austin Adams.
