Mildred Lurleen Dory passed away at the age of 83 at the Tahoe Pacific Hospital. She had lived in Nevada for most of her life. She was very proud to call Austin her home for the past 60 years. She is survived by her sister, Gerry Johnson of Greenville, CA; her granddaughter, Elaine (Michael) Shields of Elko, NV; grandson, Wayne Gandolfo of Elko, NV; granddaughter Janelle Dory of San Jose, CA; and granddaughter, Georgia Westfall of Monroe, NC; son-in-law Larry Gandolfo of Elko, NV; daughter-in-law Betty Dory of Charlotte, NC and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, George Emmett Dory; son, William Dale Dory; daughter, Eleanor May Gandolfo; sisters, Josephine and Dorothy.
