Edward Culver Kitchen was a medical doctor for approximately 30 years. He worked in both Ontario and Saskatchewan. He arrived in St. George around the latter part of 1881 where he established a general practice. He appears to have departed from the area around the turn of the century to Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
He was married twice:
(1) Elizabeth 'Lizzie' J. Anderson, married 9 Sep 1884, she died 1892
(2) Elizabeth 'Lizzie' McTaggart, married 13 Feb 1894, divorced 26 Apr 1935 (she moved to the USA as did her children)
