In Oct. 1802 James, Tandy's father, made his Will in Stokes County, N.C.
(Will Book 2, page 70)
His son Tandy was to receive the home tract of 248 acres on the Town Fork along with 600 acres and a 100 acre tract on Belew's Creek.
His son-in-law Joseph Hollingsworth received a 600 acre tract along with the mansion house called "Stone Chimneys"
