Elmer H. Pahl, a resident of Blue Grass, passed away at his home at 11:30 o'clock last evening. Surviving are his wife, Emma, a daughter, Marjorie; and eight sisters: Mrs. Ed Fix of Illinois, Mrs. Gus Blank of Walcott, Mrs Hugo Schroeder of Wacott, Mrs Gus Schroeder of Blue Grass, Mrs Carl Peterson of Davenport and Florence, Velma and Opal, at home. His parents, Mr & Mrs Henry PAHL, also survive. Funeral services will be held from the home in Blue Grass at 1:30 and 2 o'clock from the church.
