Barbara J. (nee Penman) Alcuri, April 28, 2016, age 77, of Cleveland Ave., Niagara Falls, NY.
Beloved wife of the late Leo A. Alcuri; dearest mother of Janice (Richard) Boccanera, Barbara (Lawrence J.) Aceti, Laura (Matthew) Schiavi, Lisa Gianquinto, and Leo F. Alcuri; loving grandmother of Barbara and Lawrence Aceti, Danielle Gianquinto, Bianca and Matthew Schiavi.
Dear daughter of the late Frederick and Bertha (nee Trowman) Penman; sister of the late Fred (Frances) and James Penman.
Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family will be present to receive friends on Monday from 4-8 PM at the SPALLINO-AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, 1300 Pine Ave., Niagara Falls, where prayers will be said Tuesday at 9:15 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated from Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph Parish at St. Joseph Church at 10:00 AM.
Interment to immediately follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Friends invited.
Barbara enjoyed bocce, gardening and spending time with her family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Barbara's memory to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094.
