Mrs. Scott, who was before her marriage a Miss. Dennett, leaves a son, Fred Scott, who lives at home, two sisters, Mrs. Eliza Runkle and Mrs. James Payne, of McGaheysville and one brother, George Dennett also of McGaheysville.
Mrs. Scott was a member of the Methodist church and was one of the most useful and highly esteemed women of her community, possessing many traits of mind and heart that endeared her to a large circle of neighbors, friends and acquaintances.
