Annette, age 55, passed away at her home following a long illness. She was the daughter of Bernard Michael and Laverne Mary (Glotzbach) Hurla. She married Richard Mulanax on September 4, 1981, in Topeka, Kansas.
Survivors include her husband, her mother, her children, Stephanie Garringer, Jessica Reed, and Matthew Mulanax, her siblings, Diane Gros, Myron Hurla, Gertrude Garcia, Theresa Johnson, Vincent Hurla, Roy Hurla, Martin Hurla, Lucille Moore, Catherine Prue, Ruth Feliciano, Barbara Prue, Angela Lloyd, and Bernadette Wilkins, six grandchildren, and her dog, Petey.
She was preceded in death by her father and her infant son, Richard Mulanax.
Burial was at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Newbury.
