Hone Koh, also known as Ankopaaingyadete (which translates to In The Middle Of Many Tracks), Aunko, Anko, or Onco, was born sometime around 1853 in Indian Territory and was a Kiowa artist and historian known for his pictographic winter counts calendar. According to his headstone application, he died on February 16, 1917. Although it is unknown when he died, it is presumed to be around the early 19th century.
