Christine Wozow, a resident of Marianna, Florida and formerly Ashford died Sunday April 24, 2016 at SHC at the Courtyard in Marianna. She was 89.
Graveside services for Mrs. Wozow will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Ashford City cemetery with Reverend John Smith officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
Mrs. Wozow was born November 6, 1926 in Houston County to the late Barney J. and Rubie Guy Adams. She was a graduate of Cottonwood High School and attended First Baptist Church Ashford. Mrs. Wozow was a homemaker and caregiver to her late husband, Henry Wozow and her passion was taking care of and helping people. She enjoyed baking and sharing her friendship bread to her friends and family. Mrs. Wozow enjoyed the outdoors and working in her yards and flower beds. She will be remembered as a loving and giving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Survivors include her son and daughter in law, Bruce and Carolyn Wozow; grandson, Jacob Wozow; granddaughter and her husband, Cynthia and Andrew Anderson; great granddaughter, Tinlee Wozow and a special friend, Larry Flowers.
