VICTOR E. MILLER died yesterday at his home at 4300 E. James st. in East Syracuse after a long illness. He was a member of the East Syracuse Presbyterian church and Syracuse Lodge, Woodmen of America. Mr. Miller was a retired machinist of the Solvay Process Co.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anne Fitzgerald Miller; a daughter, Mrs. William Ware, a grandson, William Ware; a sister, Mrs. Bessie Becker; two brothers, Bruce and George Miller, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be from his home at 2 p.m. tomorrow. Friends may call 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
