"Services were held Monday at the North Cross United Methodist Church for Otis Lee Arbuckle, 79, Kansas City, who died Oct. 15, 1993, at North Kansas City Hospital. He was born in Wichita and lived in Welda, Kan., before moving to this area in 1941. He worked for the U.S. Postal Service from 1941 until he retired in 1968. He was a charter member of the church and a member of its choir.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Arbuckle of the home; a son, Roger Arbuckle of Kansas City; a daughter, Marilynn Lutes of Belton; a brother, Lorenzo Arbuckle of Hoisington, Kan.; two sisters, Phila Decker of Mountain Grove, Mo., and Rowena Campbell of San Jose, Calif.; and four grandsons.
