She was the seventh of 11 children. She lived her early years in Castle Dale, Vernal, and Salt Lake City where she taught Sunday School, Primary and Relief Society. On her 20th birthday she married the love of her life, Rex Marx. Dad was a salesman, so they moved frequently, living in all of the Western States. They were married 54 years when Dad passed away in 1988.
Her early interests were crocheting, cooking, being a homemaker, and a mother and wife. She and Dad loved to camp, travel, rock hunt and fish. She had a great sense of humor and loved to tease with her family members.
She leaves her son, and daughter, 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grand-children and five great-great-grandchildren, whom she adored. She outlived all of hers and Dads' siblings, as well as their spouses, Dad, her daughter, one granddaughter and three great-grandchildren. She was a Christian and loved the Lord Jesus and looked forward to meeting him and all of her loved ones again.
