A note from Baby's Family: Irene (Baby) Eger's parents Oscar and Bertha (Eckhart) Eger lived and died in Stevens County (Chokio) area after they moved back to MN from Oklahoma in the early 1920's. We suspect that the reason she is buried in the Pleasant View Cemetery is because that is where Bertha's parents Robert and Elisabeth Eckhart and several other family members must have had a large family plot and they likely wanted her to be close to family.
