She married Fred W. Offer on June 26, 1916.
Mrs. Offer was a resident of Springfield for 65 years and was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
She and her husband moved to the Sunset Home in Quincy in 1975.
Surviving are her husband, Fred W.; several nieces and nephews.
Services were at the Vancil Memorial Funeral Chapel.
Burial was in Roselawn Memorial Park.
