Tribute of Respect: Mr. Twiggs Petree passed to the great beyond at his home in Miami, Fla. on May 19th, 1930 at the age of sixty-seven. His childhood and early manhood were spent in Cherokee County where he married Miss Delia Roach. Since the passing of his wife several years ago, he had spent much of his time with his children in Virginia. He was again married and is survied by his widow and four sons, Cleveland and Will Petree of Miami; John and Truman Petree of Hopewell, Va. The remains were laid to rest in Enon cemetery. (Page 5 Col 4 & 5)
