Karen Jean Pennington, age 61, of Ratcliff, Arkansas died Friday, April 15, 2016 in Paris, Arkansas.

She was born June 9, 1954 in Paris, Arkansas the daughter of Bufford and Hope (Williams Dorrough.

She was a member of First Freewill Baptist in Paris. She was a homemaker, loved being outside watching hummingbirds and deer in her yard, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Rick Pennington; her mother Hope Ellington; daughter, Michelle Craig; son, Chris Pennington; two brothers, Gary and Steve Dorrough; six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

Visitation is 4:00-6:00 p.m., Sunday, April 17, 2016 in the Chapel at Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 18. 2016 at First Freewill Baptist church in Paris, officiated by Rev. Derek Stinnett.

Burial will be in Baxley Cemetery in Paris, under the direction of Roller Funeral Home of Paris.
