Services for Betsy Ann Binau will be held at 1:00 Friday, April 15, 2016 at Price - McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton with Pastor Robert Wood officiating.
Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 3:00 to 7:00 Thursday, April 14, 2016.
She died at 8:45 am on Monday, April 11, 2016 at Bridge Hospice in Findlay. She was born on October 13, 1944 in Kenton to the late Paul I and Irene (Ommert) Reid Sr. On March 5, 1961 she married her husband of 55 years Franklin Binau and he survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are 3 daughters, Lori (Ray) Clark of Kenton, Lisa Eibling of Kenton and Lucinda (Greg) Wireman of Kenton; 1 son, John (Tracy) Binau of Kenton; 6 grandchildren, Brent Phipps, Kurtis Wireman, Joshua Binau, Kyle Wireman, Rebecca Binau, and Erin Struble; 5 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by 1 granddaughter Wendy Phipps and 1 brother Paul I Reid Jr.
She was homemaker and a member of the Kenton Eagles, Kenton Moose, and car clubs.
Betsy liked showing her 1974 Buick La Sabre convertible, spending time with her dog, growing roses, which she won awards for at the fair, sewing and baking. But the most important thing to her was family.
