CAUGHRON, CLEO HALL age 92 of Knoxville passed away Thursday at Hillcrest West Hospice Center. She was born in the Bell Hill Community of Cocke County, Tennessee on November 24, 1914. Her parents were the late Jacob C. and Amanda Hensley Hall. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church, Woodrow Ave. She retired from Allied Chemical Co. as an inspector. She was preceded in death by her late husband of 68 years, Kenneth E. Caughron; 4 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by her daughter Emma Lou Tobler and husband Donald; son Gayle Caughron and wife Mildred of Knoxville; grandchildren and spouses Kenneth & Deanna Caughron, Ellen Caughron, Rebecca & Ronald Lane, Jr., Rick & Mary Ann Tobler, Capt. Brian Tobler, USMC; step-grandchildren Kim & Mike Robbins & Lisa Matthews; 10 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews & cousins. Funeral service 3:30 P.M. Sunday at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with Rev. Charles Lawson officiating. Family and friends will meet at the main entrance to Highland Memorial Cemetery at 11:45 A.M. Monday for interment.
