Ethel was born June 30, 1928 in Manassas, Virginia.
Ethel’s focus was always on her family. She embraced life as wife and mom. Ethel had a green thumb. She always enjoyed gardening and grew the most beautiful garden full with iris, gladiolas, daylilies, and peonies. A little feisty, Ethel had a spirited personality and worked hard to support her family. She also farmed, canned and made custom rugs. A wonderful cook, Ethel baked the best apple crisp. Attentive and caring, Ethel cared for and made sure her loving granddaughter, Dee Ann was always taken care of. Having a soft spot for animals, especially turtles and dogs, Ethel loved her pug, Sammy the most.
