Vanesia Ann Burrell Alexander, 72, died Feb. 21, 2003. She resided with her loving daughter, Linda Kay, son-in-law, Harold Kay and grandson, Ryan Kay of 101 Kaye St. Easley, S.C.

She is also survived by her beloved son, Ricky Alexander, andhusband, Cleve Alexander both of Hot Springs, Ark.; mother, Dora Burrell of Walhalla; sister, Bet Hopkins of Powdersville; brother, Carlee Burrell of Walhalla; and many loving family members and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Lawrence Burrell; a sister, Jackie Burrell; and two brothers, Chet and Claude Burrell.

A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., today at Buncombe Street United Methodist Church, Greenville. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Monday, Feb. 24, 2003 at the church, officiated by Pastor Bob Hall. Burial will be private for family at Alexander Cemetery, Salem. Omit flowers with memorials to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Rd., Anderson, SC, 29621. - PalmettoCare Funeral Service is serving the Alexander family.
