Ill Two weeks, David Edward McDaniel, 74, 439 West Market Street, retired cabinet company night watchman, died of heart disease Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the hospital.
Mr. McDaniel was the son of David and Emiline (Williams) McDaniel and was born July 15, 1866. He was first married to Lulu Jones. His second marriage was to May Ann Ellis who died May 22, 1936. Four sisters and two brothers preceded him in death. Survivors are a step granddaughter, Myrtle Bowman of Marion and a step grandson, Lawrence Ellis of Marion.
Mr. McDaniel was a lifelong resident of Wabsh county.
Funeral service will be held Thursday morning at 10 o'clock in the Jones Funeral home. Rev. Ware W. Wimberly will officate and #burial will be in Falls cemetery.
The body will remain in the Jones funeral home where friends may call.
