Angela Louis (Mabin) Singleton, 55, passed away march 24, 2011, at Heartland Regional Medical Center.
Born in St. Joseph on September 14, 1955, to the late Louis and Louise Boone Mabin, Angela graduated from Lafayette High School. She worked at the St. Joseph State Hospital and the Western Missouri Mental Health Hospital in Kansas City, Mo. Angela was a member of Trinity Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Mabin.
She is survived by her loving family, children; Gary Singleton, Overland Park, Kan.; Kyle Singleton, Maine; Michael Singleton, St. Joseph; sister, Josephine Norman, Los Angeles, Calif.; brothers, Jerry Mabin, Arlington, Texas; Louis (Cynthia) Mabin Jr., Flower Mound, Texas; Marvin Mabin, Compton, Calif.; Ethan Mabin, Curtis Mabin, St. Joseph; Lonnie (Alexis) Mabin, Sr., Kansas City, Mo.; three grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
Services: 1 p.m. Saturday, Bullock Family Funeral Chapel, St. Joseph, Mo.
