This morning at half past four occurred the death of Mrs. Sally Ann Foster relict of Daniel Foster, after a short illness of rheumatism of the heart. She was in the 78th year of her age and leaves a daughter, Mrs. James Hurlbut, with whom she has lived for the past 18 years, a twin brother, Zebulon Townsend, who lives at Krum’s Corners where Mrs. Foster passed the most of her life; a sister, Mrs. Ann Eliza Wise who lives in Nebraska. Mrs. Foster was a lady who was well liked by all who knew her. She was a friend to everyone, a loving wife and an indulgent mother. She leaves a host of friends to mourn her loss with her relatives. The funeral will be held from the residence of her daughter, Mrs. James Hurlbut, two miles south of this city on the Danby road, Wednesday morning at ten o’clock.
