Winters - Ruby Ann Waggoner, 86, of San Angelo, died at 9:10 a.m. Wednesday in Riverside Manor Nursing Home.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Winters Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Earl Dunn officiating. Burial will be in Hylton Cemetery in Nolan.
Ms. Waggoner was born January 3, 1900 in Tecumseh, Okla. She had lived in San Angelo since 1980, and was a Methodist and a member of the Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include two daughters, Maudena McLaughlin of Arlington and Gladys Eskew of San Angelo; three sisters, Viola Ward of Meeker, Okla., Inez McPherson of Oklahoma City, Okla. and Loisteen Upton of Selma, Calif.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
