He lived nine years in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona. Residence: 8201 South Central Avenue, Phoenix. Occupation: grain salesman. He was a U.S. Armed Forces veteran of World War One. At the time of his death, 5:30 A.M., August 31, 1956, he was age 65 years. Cause of Death: pulmonary insufficiency and failure 3 days, severe pulmonary emphysema and fibrosis, bronchial asthma 38 years. Other Condition: chronic Cor Pulmonale. He died in the Veterans Administration Hospital, Phoenix. Informant for Certificate: V.A. Hospital Records, Phoenix, Arizona. Removal of remains September 4, 1956 to Belvedere Cemetery, Belvedere, Illinois.
