He was born November 3, 1937 in Marche, Arkansas to Jacob and Rosie Chudy Zajac.
He is survived by his children, Matthew Zajac (Kathy), Suzanne Niedzwiedz (Leon), and David Zajac (Karen); and grandchildren, Sarah and Becca Niedzwiedz, Grace, Katie, and Gwen Zajac, and sister, Joan Reppond.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jeannette Zajac; two brothers, Ted and Al Zajac; and two sisters, Connie Ryan and Augustine Zakrzewski.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m., Friday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
Burial will be in Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday followed by a rosary at 7:00 p.m., at the church.
