Bobby Wolf, 78, of Marshall, Mo., formerly of Dallas Center and Waukee, died Sunday, June 21, after a long battle with cancer.

Bobby was born Oct. 21, 1931, in Dallas Center, the daughter of John and Martha Clayton, and graduated from Waukee High School. In 1950, she married Jake Wolf, and they lived in central Iowa before moving to Marshall in 1967.

She worked as a legal secretary in a claims department until her sons were born. She was then a homemaker and caregiver for her family, father and neighbors.

Bobby was active in the Benton School PTA and a Cub Scouts den mother. She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Marshall.

She enjoyed her family, grandchildren, crocheting, cross stitch and many other crafts. She was a great wife, mother, "Grammy", sister and friend. She was a woman of deep faith and will be greatly missed.

Bobby was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three brothers, two infant sisters and two sisters-in-law. Survivors include her sons, Matthew Wolf of Marshall, Mo., and Jeffrey (Janice) Wolf of Flower Mound, Texas; grandchildren Adam, Delaney and Kinnisen; and her sister Bunny Simmons of Waukee.
