Dearest great-grandfather of eight. Survived by many cousins. Frank was a devoted family man who adored his wife, loved his friends and had a passion for cars. In his earlier years, Frank was active at church especially with the youth. He was retired from Urban Engineering. Interment Oakland Memory Lanes, Dolton, IL.
