Moved his family to Frederick County during the year of 1765, settling in the Frederick County area. Is also said they lived in Piney Run Hundred, Maryland.
Him and his wife had a total of seven children. There is confusion as to possibly another marriage, and additional children being involved through that wife as well.
Granted 197 acres of his fathers land in 1746. Later sold his land to a brother of his, David.
Have not located the family cemetery.. was still around in 1912 when it was mentioned the graves were cut with their initials only.
