Rita Kathleen Ellis Sedberry 86, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2007 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was a resident of Franklin. She was born on March 3, 1921 in Pittsboro, Indiana. Her father was Lloyd Ellis. She married Wayne D. Sedberry on July 17, 1974, he survives. Other survivors include step-children, Scott Sedberry of Spring, Texas and Susan Sedberry of Rogers, Arizona and two step-grandchildren, Morgan Wood of Indianapolis and Benjamin Sedberry of Springs, Texas. She was an executive assistant for General Motors, retiring after 30 years of service. A memorial service will be conducted on Thursday, September 27, 2007 at 10 a.m. in the Wright Chapel at the Franklin United Methodist Community in Franklin. Memorial contributions may be made to the Franklin United Methodist Community, 1070 W. Jefferson Street, Franklin, IN 46131. Arrangements by Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, Franklin.
