Obituary
The death of Mrs. Angelette Colvin, widow of George Colvin, occurred Friday about 10 o'clock at the home of her sisters, the Misses Almira and Alvira Randolph, of Madison Center, where she had been ill for some weeks, death resulting from tuberculosis.
Mrs. Colvin was the most estimable of women, highly regarded by all who knew her, domestic to her tastes, and devoted to her home. The home to many years was In the Hunt district Madison.
As a girl, she was Angelette Randolph, of Randolph's Corners, now Madison Center, where her father kept a tavern.
In her immediate family there is one son, Charles who lives on Mrs. Rynd's farm. There are also three sisters, Mrs. Alnora Bassett, and the Misses Almira and Alvira Randolph.
Funeral Sunday from the son's, at 2 o'clock, sun time, with interment in the Hunt Cemetery Rev. Gray, of Fairfield, officiated.
The bearers were old neighbors, Dal Johnson, Luto Johnson, John Cheney, George Mann, and John W. Nash.
Among those attending were Rev. and Mrs. Jacob Baker, Mrs. Mary L. Colvin, Miss Phila Harvey, Miss Franc Harvey, Miss Clara Baker, of this city; Mrs Joseph Baker and son, Charles, of Allen; Mr. and Mrs D.J. Stranq, of Weston.
