Lester Ray Ashley, 86, of OKC, passed away Dec. 22, 2007. He was born Dec. 16, 1921 in Atwood, OK and raised in Sasakwa, OK by his parents, Arlee and Margaret (Haines) Ashley. Lester proudly served his country in the US Army Air Corps during WWII. He worked in the oil industry as an executive before his retirement. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend who will be greatly missed. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Wyvonne Ashley; sons, James and David Ashley; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brother, R.L. Ashley, Jr.; sister, Nina Holland; sister-in-law, Wyvetta Ortega; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, Dec. 28, 2007 at Rancho Village Baptist Church.
