MISS LURA CADWELL.
Shelbina, Mo., April 30. — Funeral services for Miss Lura Cadwell, 78, of Shelbina will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 in the Hayes funeral home with the Rev. Kenneth Bennett officiating. Burial will be in the I. O. O. F. cemetery.
Miss Cadwell died Friday morning at 4 in St. Elizabeth hospital at Hannibal, where she had been a patient four weeks. She was born in Shelby county Jan. 28, 1883, a daughter of William and Eliza Quigley Cadwell, and lived all her life in the county. She lived for several years at Lentner with a sister, Mrs. G. E. Eubank and a brother, Willard Cadwell. After her brother's death, July 7, 1960, the sisters moved to Shelbina. She was a member of the Christian church.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Henry Magruder of near Shelbina and Mrs. Eubank; a niece, Mrs. Kenneth Jones of University City, and two nephews, Robert Magruder of St. Louis and William Cadwell of Carpenter, la. Four brothers preceded her in death.
