Mary Jane Engish the daughter of Jonas English and Martha Todd, married Williamson Barrett Wilburn the son of Lihue Tandy Wilburn and Cynthia J. Brittain. They had at least ten known children together, nine sons and one daughter.

Her husband served in the Confederate Army during the Civic War and she received a Widowers Pension #11737, Shelby County, Texas.
