Mrs. Margaret J. Hoagland, 94, was dead on arrival at Methodist Hospital yesterday.
Born Aug. 21, 1871, in Petersburg, Ill. the daughter of John S. and Jane (Pentecost) Hill. She married Thomas E. Hoagland, July 8, 1894, in Petersburg. He preceded her in death in Sparland Aug. 11, 1948.
Her only survivor is a daughter, Miss Lois G. Hoagland, who lived with her.
She was preceded in death by one son, one daughter, three sisters, and one brother.
Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery.
