Clark and Florene spent a lifetime working hard and enjoying their family. As a younger couple they enjoyed square dancing and Clark was a staunch supporter of the Valley High School basketball program. They never missed any home games and supported their kids and grandkids at all sporting events. Clark spent his early years helping his dad on the ranch at Sink Valley. He drove a log truck for Kaibab, drove the mail truck, worked on the Glen Canyon Dam, driving back and forth daily. He taught his boys to do all farm work and drive any piece of equipment. He started his own farming-ranching operation and loved to spend time out on the Arizona strip. He started an excavation business, was involved in the Golden Circle Tours and built the golf course in Kanab. He was a key member of the Long Valley Sewer District for 31 years. He built up a successful excavating business and was well known across the state as the best blade man. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served many positions including 2 bishoprics.
Clark was preceded in death by his wife Florene, parents, son Boyd Lamb, grandson Cody Lamb, a sister Launa Clark, his brothers Lamoine, Merl, Sharon, Darel and Rdean. He is survived by his children Brian, Darwin, Wes, Cheryl and Jolene, his older brother Mardon and sisters Lorena, Dalene, and Carolyn, 22 grandchildren and 20 great granchildren.
Services held March 15 in the Orderville LDS Chapel. Arrangements made with Mosdell Mortuary of Kanab.
