Brian J. Davis 29, died September 24, 2006. Born in Sylvania, OH, he graduated from Rogers High School in 1995 and was 9 credits from completing his bachelors degree from University of Toledo where he majored in finance and marketing. He loved to swim and play basketball. He studied with Jehovah's Witnesses. Brian was employed as an autoworker for several years by the Ford Motor Company. Brian was raised by a good Christian family with a mother and father who held him to high standards. He has been wrongly portrayed by the media, based on unsubstantiated information. Our beloved Brian was a person of high morals and good character. We do not want Brian to go to his rest with improper and unfounded information about him in the Toledo community. He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter, Breah J. Davis; his loving girlfriend, Leah Pierson; parents, Charles and Bettye Davis; maternal grandmother, Carlena Micheal; sister, Kescia Davis; 10 uncles; 6 aunts; special sisters, Toni Battle of Dover, DE and Crystal Lewis; uncle and aunt Fred and Jerlene Micheal of Holland, OH; special aunts, Evelyn Micheal, Lucetta Harris, Pat DeCembly, Maggie Parker; special friend, Christopher Smith, special childhood friends, Casey Sutfield, Juan Harris; special cousins, Frederick Micheal, Deshawn Battle and a host of loyal friends and family. The Davis family sends grateful thanks to all, for the love and support given to their family during this time of sorrow. Visitation will be Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a Service of Memory, 12:00 noon, Dale-Riggs Funeral Home Chapel.
