Curlis Archie Agan of Bremen passed away Thursday, March 10, 2016 in a local hospital. He was born in Haralson County, June 17, 1933, son of the late Clifford Weldon Agan and Bernice Sanders Agan. Mr. Agan was a member of the Bremen Church of Christ and was in the appliance repair business.
Survivors include his wife of thirty-one years, Barbara Lorren Agan of Bremen; children, Lynn and Joy Agan of Bremen, Garry Agan, Newnan, Debbie and Chris Robins of Villa Rica, Denise Agan of Buchanan; a step-son, David Cheeks of Bremen; six grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren.
Services will be Sunday, March 13 at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Hightower Funeral Home with Minister Leroy Dedmon officiating. Music will be furnished by Bonnie Sanders. Blake Hitchcock, Mark Webb, Chad Brown, Shannon Brown, Jacob Cheeks and Michael Brown will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.
