My great Grandfather George was born Johann Georg in Germany. He came to the United States as a toddler. He grew up in Mammoth Juab County Utah, where he married my great Grandmother Dora. They had my Grandfather in 1905 in Mammoth Joseph Claude Falkner #132679893. Grandpa George left his family, I don't know the reason. Grandma Dora divorced and married Jospeh Davis, and my Grandpa Joe took his last name, which was the custom in those days, he was never legally adopted.

Grandpa George appears to be quit the wonderer, I have him in Utah, Wyoming, California and finally Nevada. He was a miner and ranch hand. I believe he died in the early to mid 1930's because my Dad, Earl Joseph Davis, born 1927 remembered when someone came to their house and told my Grandpa Joe his father had passed away. I am unable to find a death certificate for him.

I will update his bio when I find him
