Bernice Gurley Bostick, 73, Iuka, MS, died Saturday at Tishomingo Co. Hospital in Iuka after an extended illness. She was a member of Iuka United Methodist Church and a former Home Economics teacher in Tishomingo Co., an employee of the Federal Housing Administration and a graduate of Peabody College in Nashville. Burial will be in Oak Grove Mausoleum with Coleman Funeral Home in charge. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Mary C. Bostick, Iuka; a brother, Tulon E. Bostick, Forrest City, AR; a sister, Miss Lillian Bostick, Iuka.
