Aline E. Alcorn passed away peacefully Sunday, July 20, 2003. Aline was born in Harrah, Ok to Milt and Emma (Benedix) Alcorn. She attended the Harrah schools moving to Oklahoma City in 1949.

Aline was employed by Southwest Bell and was a long time faithful employee until retirement. She will be remembered for her dedicated service to Mercy Hospital Volunteers, where she was the chairperson for the information desk for a number of years. During her service time she gave 14,000 hours spanning 24 years. She is a fifty-year member of Eastern Star, a life Member of the Pioneers Club and a member of the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Brother John Wesley Alcorn, beloved sister Willa Mae Alcorn and her long time friend Otis W Walker.

Aline will be remembered for her kind spirit. She will also be remembered for her strong will with a mind of her own. She would let you know what she believed and where she stood on all issues.

Memorial Service: Thursday July 24, 2003, at the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection. It is requested that In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection, 13112 N. Rockwell.
