ERMEN PAULINE DEAL, 86, Cassville, Mo., passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2006 in Cassville.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, September 30, 2006, at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow, with Rev. Jimmy Deal officiating. Burial will be in the Bailey Cemetery, under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow.
Pauline was born Saturday, July 10, 1920 in Davis, Oklahoma, to the late Hilton and the late Alice Mae (Whitehead) Fondren. Pauline married the late Robert Leon Deal on December 11, 1935 in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death April 19, 1999.
Pauline lived most of her life in the Healdton and Fox area before moving to Cassville, Mo. She was a wonderful mother, housewife and grandmother who loved to can vegetables and quilt, and she especially loved dancing with her husband, as many of the old timers could tell you.
Her survivors include, two sons, Robert Leon "Butch" Deal Jr. of Healdton, Okla., Norman "Buddy" Deal of Healdton, Okla.; five daughters, Bobbie Morgan of Healdton, Jayne Irwin of Healdton, Billye Sweetman of Springfield, Mo., Betty Sweetman of Chickasha, Okla., Vera "Toni" Beck of Cassville, Mo.; many grandchildren, many great- grandchildren, many great-great-grandchildren, "And the Popcorn is still Popping;" very special caregiver and son-in-law, James Beck of Cassville, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; three brothers and four sisters.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
