He married Rachel (Polly) SPROWLS Dec. 22 1845 in Green County KY. and wife Martha Jane Howell , Dec 18, 1876 at the county clerks office in Green county KY. Green Berry died Aug. 23, 1902 in Taylor County KY. at age 74. His body is interned in Corinth Baptist Cemetery in LaRue County Ky. Green Berry is My GGGrandfather. Mary Rachel (Polly) Sprows was born 1 Oct. 1830 in Green CDounty KY. She is in the same cementery as Greenberry. She died 20 July,1876 in Taylor County KY. m John McCloud Underwood, Greenberry b. 14 Jan. 1828 d. 23 Aug. 1902, 74 year Residence was not listed; Enlisted on 11/11/1861 at Camp Hobson, KY as a Corporal.
On 12/30/1861 he mustered into "A" Co. KY 13th Infantry
He was Mustered Out on 12/30/1861 at Louisville, KY
