CHARLIE SWIFT
PITTSFIELD, Aug. 19-Charlie E. Swift of Azusa, Calif., the son of Mrs. Inez E. Norton of Pittsfield, died Saturday morning in California after a short illness.
He was educated in Plymouth schools and was employed by Lancey G. Milliken, Inc., for many years before moving to California four years ago.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Evelyn Swift; two daughters, Mrs. John Bubar of Burnham and Mrs. Frederick Stewart of Pittsfield; a son, Charles Swift of Independence, Mo.; his mother, a sister, Mrs. Arthur DeRaps of Hartland; a brother, Roy F. Swift of Pittsfield; 12 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be announced.
