Sara Pagano Mariano, 73, of Syracuse died Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center.
She was born in Solvay. She was a homemaker. She was a member of First Christian Assembly, where she was active in the Women's Ministries and a member of the choir.
Survivors: Her husband of 53 years, Dominick; six daughters, Mary L. Blaisdell of Clifton, Va., Bonnie Kristoff of Fayetteville, Dale Cardarelli and Grace DeJohn, both of Liverpool, Cynthia Simpson of Kansas City, Kan., and Darlene DeJohn of Cicero; a son, John of Schenectady; a sister, Joanna Burinski of Camillus; 19 grandchildren.
Services: 10 a.m. Saturday in First Christian Assembly. Burial, Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Calling hours, 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, 705 Hamilton St. Macko-Vassallo Funeral Home, Syracuse, has arrangements.
