Henry Fred Marquardt, 97, of Brian Center-East, died Monday, Jan. 8, 2007, at Brian Center-East. Born July 9, 1909, in West Germany, he was the son of the late Henry and Emma Hallenselaben Marquardt. He is survived by a brother-in-law and a number of nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 15, 2007, in Fairview Cemetery, with the Rev. Jerry Reeves officiating. Hickory Funeral Home, 1031 Eleventh Ave. Blvd., SE, is in charge of arrangements.
