Dr. Andrew G. Lefko Jr., M.D., 76, of Charlottesville, passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2016.
A visitation for family and friends will be held at Hill and Wood Funeral Home on Sunday, March 6, 2016, from 4 to 6 p.m.A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 7, 2016, at St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, 7581 Rockfish Gap Turnpike, Greenwood, VA 22943, with the Father Robert Holet officiating. An interment will follow at Monticello Memory Gardens.
Dr. Lefko is survived by his wife, Mrs. Suzanne Rose Lefko; daughter, Suzanne Marie Lefko; elder son, Andrew Patrick Lefko; and in spirit by his late youngest son, Thomas Burke Lefko.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Dr. Lefko's name may be made to St. Nicholas Church, or to the Salvation Army, 207 Ridge Street, Charlottesville, VA 22902.
