Born in Magnolia, NJ. He served in WWII in the U.S. Army. He worked as a General Formen at Department of Defense Philadelphia Navy Yard, Phila., PA, for 22 years. Former Mayor of Magnolia. Member of American Legion of Magnolia VFW of Gloucester, Elks Club of Brigantine, Lindenwold Moose Lodge, and various other organizations.
