CORN, RUBY A., 85, died Monday, January 29, 2007 at Millers Merry Manor. She was born on December 28, 1921 in Fayette County, IN to the late August Wolf and Clara (Wesling) Wolf. She was a bookkeeper and former co-owner of DO Corn Construction in Rushville for many years. She graduated from Bentonville High School in 1939. She married D.O. Corn on September 23, 1944 who preceded her in death on March 19, 2006. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Rushville, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband , DO Corn; and brother, Maurice Wolf. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl "Mrs. Joseph" Taylor of Corydon, IN; son Denny Corn (Rita) of Rushville; sister, Catherine Miller of Rushville; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Her funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, February 2, 2007 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 502 N. Perkins St., Rushville, IN 46173 with a Rosary service at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Rev. William Turner officiating. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday following the funeral at Calvary Cemetery, Rushville, IN. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Thursday, February 1, 2007. Todd Funeral Home is in charge. Memorial contribution may go to Decatur County Hospice.
